III. What Personal Data We Process and How We Obtain It
We process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us.
In most cases, this data is collected through forms submitted on our website. The personal data is subsequently stored in electronic databases and applications used for preparing and sending emails. This enables us to ensure that you receive only those email communications and digital products (such as e-books, online courses, and video courses) in which you have expressed interest.
In some situations, data may be provided through personal meetings, telephone conversations, email communication, or other communication channels, including text messages and applications such as Microsoft Teams, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Zoom, and similar services.
Where your consent is required for processing personal data for specific purposes, such data will only be processed on the basis of your consent.

We may process the following categories of personal data:
- First name and surname
- Address
- Company Registration Number (IČO)
- VAT Identification Number (IČ DPH)
- Tax Identification Number (DIČ), where applicable for business customers
- Email address
- Telephone number
- IP address
- Cookies
- Information regarding ordered and purchased products and services
IV. Why We Process Personal Data, for How Long, and on What Legal Basis
A. Performance of a Contract
To enter into a contract with you, provide ordered products or services, and communicate with you regarding those services, we process the following personal data:
- First name and surname
- Address
- Company Registration Number (IČO)
- VAT Identification Number (IČ DPH)
- Tax Identification Number (DIČ), where applicable
- Email address
- Information relating to ordered and purchased products and services
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract concluded between you and us.
A contract does not necessarily need to be concluded in written form. Typically, it is formed by submitting an order form through our website, submitting an application for language lessons, and our subsequent confirmation of that order. In the case of coaching services, the contract relates to the provision of coaching services.
We process personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship. Following the termination of the contractual relationship, certain data may continue to be retained in order to comply with legal obligations or protect our legitimate interests, as described below.
B. Compliance with Legal Obligations
In order to comply with applicable legal requirements, especially in the areas of accounting, taxation, and record keeping, we process the following data:
- First name and surname
- Address
- Company Registration Number (IČO)
- VAT Identification Number (IČ DPH)
- Tax Identification Number (DIČ)
- Information regarding purchased products and services
The legal basis for this processing is compliance with legal obligations arising under applicable legislation, including accounting, tax, civil, and commercial law.
The retention period for such data is determined by the applicable legal regulations that require its processing and storage.
C. Processing Based on Our Legitimate Interests
We may process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in a variety of situations.
Protection and Enforcement of Legal Claims
One of our legitimate interests is the protection and enforcement of our legal rights and claims, particularly those arising from contractual relationships or damages.
For these purposes, personal data may be processed for up to four (4) years following the end of our contractual relationship or our last communication if no contract was concluded.
This retention period reflects applicable limitation periods and the possibility that legal claims may not become known to us immediately.
For this purpose, we may retain contractual documentation and records of mutual communication.
Direct Marketing
Another legitimate interest is direct marketing, meaning informing you about news, special offers, services, products, and other activities related to our business.
Direct Marketing
Another legitimate interest is direct marketing, i.e. informing you about news, special offers, products, services, and other activities related to our business.
Where a contractual relationship exists between us, we may contact you based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Section 62(3) of Act No. 351/2011 Coll. via email or SMS with information about products and services similar to those that were the subject of a previous sale or negotiations for a sale, unless you have previously objected to such use of your personal data.
We will not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior explicit consent.
For the purpose of sending marketing communications, we may process the following personal data:
- First name and surname
- Address
- Email address
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any email communication.
Should we use printed materials, telephone calls, or communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or Zoom to provide information about our services, products, or updates, we will always respect your wishes if you inform us that you no longer wish to be contacted.
For direct marketing purposes, personal data will be processed for a period of five (5) years from your last purchase or your last expression of interest in our products or services.
Segmentation and Automated Processing
In order to offer products and services tailored to your interests and to ensure that you receive only relevant information, we maintain our contact database in several categories.
For example, if you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be automatically placed in the "newsletter subscribers" category. Similarly, when you place an order through our website, your contact details will be categorized as "ordered" and, after payment, as "paid". At that point, the system may automatically deliver the purchased electronic product.
Part of this automated processing is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations, while part serves legitimate marketing purposes. If such profiling or segmentation were conducted on a large scale or involved highly specialized processing, it would only be carried out on the basis of your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
D. Processing Based on Your Consent for Marketing Purposes
If you are not yet our client, we will send you information about our services, products, articles, and similar updates only if you provide your consent, for example by clicking the relevant button on a web form or via a confirmation link in an email.
With your consent, we may also process and publish:
- Testimonials you provide regarding our services or products;
- Statements made during recorded audio or video testimonials;
- Photographs and video recordings taken at events organized by us.
Before obtaining your consent, we will always inform you about the specific personal data being processed and the exact purpose for which it will be used.
Unless otherwise stated, consent is granted for a period of five (5) years.
You may withdraw your consent at any time.
If certain personal data is also processed on another legal basis described in Sections A to C above, we may continue processing such data for those purposes even after your consent has been withdrawn, as consent is not required for those specific processing activities.
V. Security and Protection of Personal Data
We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies appropriate to the current state of technical development.
We treat your personal data with the same care that we would apply to our own data.
We have adopted and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, damage, loss, or destruction of personal data.
VI. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties (Recipients of Personal Data)
In order to fulfill certain contractual and legal obligations, we may cooperate with third parties acting as data processors.
These may include, in particular:
- Our accounting service provider;
- Providers of cloud storage services;
- Providers of software solutions and digital tools used in our business activities.
We enter into written Data Processing Agreements with all processors, ensuring compliance with GDPR requirements and maintaining appropriate levels of security and confidentiality.
Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities or law enforcement agencies where required by law or where necessary to protect our legitimate interests, including the legitimate interests of third parties, in accordance with applicable legislation.
For certain processing activities that we cannot perform independently, we use the services of specialized processors who possess the expertise and resources necessary to ensure a high standard of security and data protection.
We may decide in the future to use additional applications or service providers to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. In such cases, we will ensure that those providers offer at least the same level of security and personal data protection that we apply ourselves.
Supplement to Section VI: Specific Categories of Processors
For the operation of our website, provision of services, and communication with clients, personal data may be processed by the following categories of processors:
- Website hosting and website management providers;
- Email service providers;
- Accounting service providers;
- Online communication platform providers (such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger);
- Cloud storage and office software providers;

We assure you that all employees, contractors, and collaborators who process personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding personal data and security measures.
These confidentiality obligations continue even after the termination of their contractual relationship with us.
